Some great things we’ve made happen.
While at Hershey, Jennifer introduced The Hershey Experience team to Appreciative Inquiry for customer experience design. With the help of Home and Meaningful Work Lab, we held a three-day summit to imagine a new consumer experience at Chocolate World in April 2018. #ohmychocolate
While at Sprint, Jennifer teamed up with Jason Gertzen, Sara Folkerts and Nic Lazowski to develop the ground breaking Social Media Ninjas Program. We won loads of awards and created one of Sprint’s first mobile-enabled training courses and content sharing sites. One of our favorite accolades is this write up in Forbes titled Employee Engagement at it’s Most Social.
